My sister and I went back and forth about video, when she was planning her wedding. I wanted her to have one, she refused on the basis that pictures would do everything. They wrote their own vows and now even though it was only a year ago, I don’t know what she said, because at the time she was too nervous and forgot the words. So instead she said something from the heart, totally unrehearsed and not written down. When you ask her or her husband what she said they don’t remember or will give you a version that changes every time they repeat it. The actual words are lost to history.
